“I bought a 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0 from Ted's about a month ago. It's such a cute vehicle and I really like it! Unfortunately the car started thumping and keeling pretty bad when I turned so I took it back to him and he put in new axles. The problem persists so he is going to look at it again and try and fix it. I've got high hopes for the car to be reliable for my family and I! “Great experience. I was searching online for a particular spec Grand Sport Corvette. Came across one listed on Jeff's Motorcars. Called to inquire, they were super nice. Sent video walk arounds and pics from every angle. I made an offer, they accepted. Overnighted the paperwork to me and provided return overnight envelope. They also set up shipping/transportation of the car from Ohio to NC at a VERY good rate. Finalized the paperwork on a Monday and the car was in my posession on Thursday.So different from every other car dealership I've ever dealt with. highly recommend this dealership.”

Once we started talking we learned we both loved sports but he was very polite and approachable which goes a long way in sales. I met and was able to talk to Mr Bill the owner and when I say I was blown away by his so many acts of kindness he displayed. He did not know me from Adam but he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my purchase of the vehicle. He was very hands on when helping me deal with other things pertaining to the purchase of the vehicle. When I say I walked away with a smile and comfort in my heart I did just that. The best part of it all was that I had test drive several other vehicles before being led to his car lot but I was not satisfied with any of them but I kept going back to his lot looking at a particular vehicle and when I finally decided to contact him. I learned why I was led their, he's a godly man a Christian man. I know ur probably thinking what does that matter well to me it means that God led me to the right person bc they would be aligned with what I needed because God would have opened up their heart to wait for me to arrive their while in need of a vehicle. Not all sales persons a cordial genuine and patient many only want the sell and that's it. Well I didn't get that from Brian and Mr. Bill. So yes I'm giving them 5 stars.
