I hate mailing packages because I don’t know what to do what options to choose but when I went in yesterday she was so extremely helpful. I’ve never gotten that at a post office before.

Brought in a sealed package. Opened it to try and use a flat rate box. It didn't fit. They would only SELL ME TAPE to reseal it. We're talking about a 9 inch strip of tape here... How ignorant!

10 packaged bought in, 9 shipped, 1 never scanned. Prior, 8 shipped, 5 priority sat for 8 days before being scanned, 1 priority package took 3 weeks to arrive! No refund, and package was damaged. Post office needs to be held accountable for their incompetence.

Never had any issues with this location. I do eBay, so I often bring in several packages at a time, and they have always helped me to get the receipt I need for them so I can have the proof I shipped the items I sell.

I LOVE this location!!!! I actually live close to 3 other location but will pass them to go to the Hartville location. The ladies are always nice and helpful. They answer my questions without judgement. They DO NOT forcefully throw my packages to the bin like I have seen other locations do. Thank you for the drama-free visits!

We have a small business here in town and are always sending odd size packages. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. We are very glad to use their services.
