No problems accessing the site. Lighting is adequate. The unit I received was very clean. Doors open easily. It would be nice if the driveways were wider, but all in all - a positive experience.

I love how many lights are motion activated. The units are in very nice condition and the security makes me feel safe when I go there by myself. I would definitely consider storing items here.

The place has a good fence and all but they charge nearly 100 dollars for the small units that cost 55 dollars elsewhere. They claim they will charge you the 1st of the month every month but I contacted them asking them why they are actually charging me sometimes on the 28th of the month and other times on the 5th of the month. This is causing overdraft fees when you aren't supposed to to have to pay a bill for several days and they take your money anyway. If you have other options I suggest you find them

Large unit $198.41 they bill the 1st of the month. I emptied & swept out a unit on the 7th of the month. I asked for a prorated refund for the rest of the month that we were done with the unit. 198.41=6.61 a day. A refund of 152.12 the will not do. Same mu mom is 90 years old - there is no paperwork that I found saying this. I could have worked on getting it emptied at the end of the month. Not a fair place to work with if you have to budget your $.
