I've always had good service at AT&T in Heath, Ohio. Today a young man named Antwon helped us in finding the right phone for my daughter. He also exceeded expectations by cleaning my charging port bc I had been having charging issues, keeping me from having to purchase a new phone. Antwon is an asset to the company. I hope they continue to hire and retain such high quality, customer service focused individuals. Thanks again, Antwon.

Worst experience ever at an att store. Bought an iPhone and a case. Couldn't set it up and transfer files. Said I could go to any att store to get it done. Drove 30 miles to another att store to find out that wasn't true. Asked if I could buy an iPhone there and return that one later. Nope. Can't do the because I bought it at a third party store. Said if I want to buy a new phone I had to return this one. Drove 30 miles to return it and then had to pay a restocking fee. Ended up paying 65 dollars driving this phone 60 miles round trip. Glad to be treated like this being a veteran and a first responder. Thanks att.

Came in to see options for upgrading phone. The service rep was very knowledgeable and gave me different options based on value and availability. The whole process left me with a continued sense of security and comfort in my choice to be an AT&T customer.
