Affordable compared to other rental car agencies. I would say the best part of my experience was the customer service!!
Both people I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly. They made sure I got exactly what I needed & went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and protected. I would recommend the Avis in Heath, Ohio to anyone looking to rent a car

Car was fine but we had scheduled 730 pick up and drop off there was no one there until around 8 so we waited in the parking lot for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up.

Rented here a couple of times through work and then personal; vehicles are dirty, pet hair is def in the seats which just seems like a regular thing to clean, regular maintenance isn’t kept either. I’m just not a fan and really disappointed. I wish I’d booked somewhere else instead.

Very nice people and no problems with my reservation. Got back to drop car off and my car had a flat tire. The gentleman working was so nice and aired my tire up for me, so I didn't have to wait 2 hours on a tow truck. I would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a car.

Reserved a truck online. They didn’t have the truck when I showed up said their system sucks and I shouldn’t have been able to reserve it. Left empty handed. Still charged. Shady business beware.
***UPDATE
Proved to AVIS they incorrectly charged me, once they realized they owed me money, the customer service rep informed me that they’re unable to search the info. But it was established the confirmation number was assigned to another order in another state. Gave me the customers first and last name and their city. Company doesn’t value privacy. They probably would’ve gave me the credit card that was on file as well. Incompetence from top to bottom.
I will never rent from Avis for as long as I live and will encourage anyone I meet to use U-Haul, Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo, National.
AVOID BUDGET AND AVIS AT ALL COST!!! Or it will end up costing you.

(Edit) I thought this was a different place that's why I placed a 3 star however I am fixing that now.. I loved this place for the customer service at the actual location. The man who is usually there is great!! He needs a raise!! The customer service world wide main number sucked. Baaad!! They should let u call and speak directly to the location your going to. Its dumb! However they have a decent selection of cars trucks & subs! They are all newer and in great shape! My biggest thing would be to just pay your total up front cause they had my deposit and refund all messed up. I was double charged then had to wait for my money (4days) to come back. That is my biggest complaint other then the customer service complaint mentioned earlier!

I've been renting from this Avis location for over 5 years (at least once a year). I love the service they provide and the owners are wonderful people. Their love of Bassett Hounds is further proof. Highly recommend!

Up until this time they have been good, we have rented a car from them for 3 or 4 years. Paid the same each time. Paid early and when we got there used the same debit card as we did in the past and she wouldn't let us do it this time. Which is kind of a relief because the car we were told we were getting was dirty still ( so was last years , we cleaned it ourselves 》 and smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. Said the debit card thing was a credit issue ,however I know for a fact that some one with a bad credit score rented their car just 2 hours before me
