Bath & Body Works offers an experience with an overwhelming smell of fragrances and an awesome atmosphere. The store has a big variety of products, including soaps and candles. Many customers only purchase items on sale, finding regular prices overpriced. Some recent feedback notes that the candles now have a very weak scent throw compared to their formerly strong smell, which is disappointing. The employees are consistently described as excellent, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, providing 100% positive service. Management at certain locations receives particular praise for gladly accepting coupons.
Been shopping here from their first year. My wife loves the products. ❤️ I even ran into an old friend & neighbor in the store not too far back !

This one had a big variety and 100% positive employees, but as always we only getting stuff on sale lol. 8.95 for soap? Nah always wait until it’s 2.95/3.95Ez

They gladly took my coupon for a free body care gift - Taylor Road rejected the bar of soap. Please note that associates at both stores were excellent but only management at the Heath location gets the nod.
