Bath & Body Works offers an experience with an overwhelming smell of fragrances and an awesome atmosphere. The store has a big variety of products, including soaps and candles. Many customers only purchase items on sale, finding regular prices overpriced. Some recent feedback notes that the candles now have a very weak scent throw compared to their formerly strong smell, which is disappointing. The employees are consistently described as excellent, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, providing 100% positive service. Management at certain locations receives particular praise for gladly accepting coupons.
Stopped in to stock up but also looking for something different associate by the name of Nicole was a great help very knowledgeable and can tell she loves her job I left grabbing my normal and also something new great energy here ill be back with my wife soon

Great store! I have noticed with their new store manager the atmosphere is very energetic and exciting. Katie seems to always be energetic and truly happy to be there. I really hope she stays in this store. 10/10
