Nice sales people. Had what we needed in store. Did not have to wait a month or longer like other appliance stores to get what I went into store for. Great sale price. Will go back.

Great sales person. Even helped us with a deal on the coffee table we wanted. When the loading guy went to load the coffee table it came out on a dolly on the edge of the top, they sat it on the concrete and drug it off the dolly across the concrete and scraped up the whole top side and leg. The sales person got us another 10% off, but now I have to fix the table. I've already tried and it didn't work. The loading guy said "just paint it". Not happy that they didn't take care when trying to load an expensive piece. The most I've ever spent on a coffee table. Very disappointed!

Recently our fridge stopped working and we needed a new one quickly. I originally purchased a fridge through another department store, but just a few days before it was to be delivered we received news it was on backorder. The store couldn't even tell us when appliances could actually be delivered or what they had in stock! We were in a panic and needed to find a fridge fast. We decided to try Big Sandy in Heath. Bill and Justin greeted us at the door. They quickly showed us what they had in stock with our specifications and worked with us to get the fridge as quickly as possible. Justin kept in contact with us to ensure we got our fridge as quickly as possible and just a few days later it was delivered! It's scary how many stores I called around to and none could really give me a solid date of delivery, but Big Sandy could. I plan to use them going forward!

Taryn was very helpful, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We were greeted at the door as we came in by a very nice young man who guided us to the area we were looking for. We had checked out other stores but we were impressed by the way were treated at Big Sandy. I hope the customer service will be mimic the sales staff.

They outright misrepresent what they sell. They will tell you "Top of the line foam" what we bought was part foam and part feathers, yes feathers, and guess what? They wouldn't honor warranty, well not exchange, and stated it couldn't be fixed. We lost $4000.

Taryn was so very helpful with the process of picking out my mattress! She gave me options and explained each one fully. I am totally happy with the experience! Justin was great at explaining the Tv purchased. We have purchased other items from Big Sandy at Heath and it was always A1 in customer service!

What a great experience we had with Alex. He was not pushy and allowed us to shop at our own pace. I love that he didn't hover and allowed us to pick the couch we wanted.
