The blonde woman working the cash register today 4-16-24 around 12:15-12:30 pm is the rudest most disinterested “customer service” associate I’ve ever met. Never said hello, never even bothered to look up at me. Talked with the other girl standing there (dark haired possibly new associate) as though I wasn’t even there. Obviously I was interrupting the conversation and had no business bothering them with checking out my products. Every other lady that works there or that has worked there has always been absolutely awesome and lovely. They are helpful and fun and we always get caught up in conversation. This woman is definitely poisoning the well. The attitude coming off of her will absolutely drive customers away from the store and into online ordering, possibly from someone other than CosmoProf

It must depend on the server you are lucky enough to get because mine took my order and the was the last time i saw him until i asked another server for a beer and another server for my check

Called around to most of the Columbus stores looking for edgers, and the lady here said she had one left and would hold it for me. I really appreciate it!!! I absolutely love my new edgers. ❤️❤️

Store is almost always well stocked and neat looking. Staff is friendly and helpful and patient about my 2 year old daughter always being with me. Just wish they carried Redken but that's all.
