Came in after zanesville dealership screwed me over and was met with actual good service. Addy Duarte did a great job and took care of us and was honest and trustworthy and got us in and out fast and the work done to my truck is holding up good. I will be coming back if i need to go to a toyota dealership again.

Bought a 4runner from them 2 months ago with 34k miles. Just brought it elsewhere for service and they said Coughlin should have done the 30k service before selling it but they didn't. Now I have to pay out $800 to get the service done before I hit 40k (at 39 now) or the warranty voids. Great way to treat your vehicles/customers.

I first shopped online through the SmartPath application and was then matched with Sales Rep Antwon to complete my transaction. The process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. I went in, took a quick test drive and was back with finance in short order. Everything worked as it should and I am very happy with my truck and the dealership experience overall. I will buy from COUGHLIN TOYOTA again! Antwon was efficient and communicated with me via text on the status of the truck, the value of my trade in, and the deal. Highly recommend this dealership!!

I went into purchasing a new car with the reservations of any car buyer. After working with a few other Columbus based car dealerships, I found Coughlin and within a week drove away in the EXACT car I wanted at the best price and with the best value for my trade-in.
Big shout out to Ronald Sanders, salesman of the year! He was phenomenal and did a great job making this such an easy process. I will be driving this Hybrid Rav4 for the next 10 years, which only sucks because I won't be going back to see this team more often! Buy from here!

When we called they were fair in their pricing, did not have additional market adjustments as some other dealerships had and also did not require us to have a trade in for purchase as another dealership asked. They also got us out in time to pick up our kids as we’d asked. Very fair dealership and highly recommend them if purchasing a Toyota

I have had several A+++ dealings with this location (vehicle purchase and several Service interactions (Bob in service is great). However, this last interaction has been very disappointing. I saw a Jeep for sale at their Marysville location and called Heath to ask if it could be transported to their location so I could view it (the Heath location is very close to my home) I called last Wednesday and spoke with a salesperson and was told they could have said vehicle there by Saturday. Saturday a.m. rolls around and salesperson notifies me that the vehicle I was interested in had sold. I called the Marysville locations to see if they had a similar used vehicle and I was informed that the one I was interested in, in fact, was not sold and was still available. I notified the salesperson in Heath and he said he would check on it. Monday rolls around and I reach out to the dealership and was told that they would have the vehicle transferred over shortly. Several texts later, still no confirmations of vehicle being at Heath. Tuesday (almost a week later) I'm in contact with now a third team member who assures me it's all been communication error on their part and will reach out to me by the end of business to resolve this, Crickets...I have my financing in place and I am ready to purchase but I guess transferring a used vehicle between lots that is under the same ownership is too difficult. I guess I will look elsewhere to purchase my next vehicle.
