drove this car off the lot and the next day the engine blew. 5K extra when the car was only worth 5K. tom seems like a genuine guy but don’t let that fool you. he did absolutely nothing to help. “Should’ve bought the other car” was his response about everything .I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before buying from here. If you want a lemon, this is the place.

Thomas at Decker Auto made our car buying experience for our daughter's 1st time car a wonderful experience. He was very honest about the car, showed us a clean carfax report, had us test drive the car, and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to give us information regarding our rights as buyers, and tips to know that this car is a safe choice for our daughter. We laughed, shared stories and learned he's a great dad who cares about his children and the safety of our daughter on the road. Thomas met us on the price we were looking for and we got a very good deal on a great car. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and transparency was deeply appreciated. I'm glad we gave Decker Auto our business and highly recommend them.

Last year this man sold me a lemon. A very nice 2013 Jeep with a bad transmission that burnt out not even 2weeks after owning it. It's a 5,000 for a new transmission, so in total a 15000 car I can't drive. He also swindled me into signing away the 90day warranty on the very last page of the contract I signed. Don't go to this guy. Hell take your money and immediately go on a vacation to Mexico with all your hard earned money.

It was a good car and it never failed me. However I'm upset with the value for money that I paid for, especially for easily repairable itemsFrame was rotted away, Exhaust was missing, power steering was whiney, brake caliper seized itself, hatch handle was iffy, valve cover gasket was leaking, oil cooler was leaking, airbag recall wasn't done, and the tailight was out.

I was working with the bank to buy a Volkswagen beetle. I told the dealership I would be in on Saturday to finish everything . When I arrived the car had a temporary tag in the back window. I walked in and he stated that it was sold on friday. ( sold out from under me). But then proceeds to tell me that he will have two more beetles coming in on monday ,he said he would call me . Monday comes along and I dont hear anything. I message on both Facebook and texting and I get no response. It's now 3 mondays later and Still nothing. Very unprofessional, not a way to run a business.

My daughter bought an 09 Nissan she bought it on the 26 we’ve had it for two weeks in a day took it to the shop to get new brakes on it and was informed the sub frame is broke it is not drivable. I reached out to the car lot and they told me it was being sold for someone else so they had me call the other person who said pretty much there’s nothing he was going to do. Knowing I bought it through the car lot their names on all the paperwork I would think they would be willing to work with me especially after reading a comment on these reviews saying that all cars on that lot have been looked at by a reliable mechanic before being sold. I am not asking for them to buy the car back I’m asking for them to help us get it fixed since the sub frame is broken and it’s something they should’ve never sold until being fixed. I have contacted attorney and I’m waiting to hear back from them.

I personally had a fantastic experience with decker automotive! Good service isn’t very common these days but I was absolutely floored with how nice I was treated and when you see a company really go out of their way to take care of a customer it speaks volumes!
Five star service and will be seeing them again in the future!

I can highly recommend buying a used car from Decker Auto. The owners are knowledgeable and honest about the condition of the cars and have any outstanding problems or issues repaired if needed before selling.

If your looking for used car, get a certified mechanic before purchasing a vehicle here at Deckerauto. Not worth it. Bad experience. After 3 weeks began issues with the car not drivable. Downside of buying a used car "As is".
