He was extremely helpful. Even though he didn't have a way to print me out a label for shipping. No public wifi. He told me to go over to Staples and they were cool too. Printed me a label and said don't worry about it no charge. And my wrong auto part was on it's way back.

Over the last two weeks I have had four packages delivered the wrong building which is 55 B while my is 53 B. Each time I have called only to be told how sorry they are and it won’t happen again. The second week same happened I call etc, third week same, then the forth week they wouldn’t even pass me on to a representative and told me that my package was delivered. Great customer service. I want UPS to deliver my packages.

They always seem irritated when I ask for a receipt upon dropping off a pre-labeled package. The response I usually get is "It just shows the tracking number."No, it shows the time and location that I dropped off the package.I don't like being made to feel like a simple request is unreasonable.
