The workers here smoke outside, watch movies on their phone, they ask you for your phone number multiple times when you try to buy something and they never know what sales are going on. I hope they hire people soon that actually care about customers. I used to spend a lot of money here and now I just buy everything online. It’s a shame.

This is a great supplement store. After all it’s GNC, the staple supplement store chain. Walked into the store the first two things that I was impressed by was how organized and clean it was, and how friendly both of the employees were welcoming us. They were both incredibly helpful and sharing their experience with product that I was looking at online, especially with tasted any good as well as product information. Do you I was also very impressed that they had a large assortment of Ghost supplements home, which is important to me, so that I can read the back home with the difference ingredients. I was also very thankful that neither of gentlemen working there was trying to sell me anything. I feel that is the number one irritation I have with that type of reducer and was very thankful that they were just friendly. I am pretty confident we will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future!

Every time I go into this store they either try to sell me everything but the cash register or if I am unhappy with something I bought they want to tell me they can't replace it for one reason or another ,(like the $15.00 pedometer that broke ). When I want to use a coupon they either say I can't use it on the item I bought or they act like they are doing me a favor and say well, we aren't really suppose to take those coupons. This store has the worse customer service !!

The first time in I was helped very well as the guy attempted to sell me more and more, I purchased only what I intended. Upon a return trip to return an item the same associate was very gruff with me when I told him I wanted to return something. As long as they can make money, it's okay, but they frown on returning items and become your enemy! I definitely would NOT recommend.
