Ordered a schlage deadbolt that came in quickly, but then had to pay over $21.
to have it keyed.
That seems exorbitant!!!

Everyone here is friendly! Got paint and was defective, went back to talk to them and they made it all right. Returned the paint and Mason matched the existing paint perfectly! Love doing business with them. Bonnie is always polite and greets me every time I walk in, more people need to know about this place.

Clean store! Very nice people working and quick to assist. I really appreciated the time spent with me to figure out what potting soil it was my hubby sent me out on a mission to get. I highly recommend this store

I’ve been in this store several times and every employee is extremely friendly, helpful and courteous! Someone is there to greet you when you walk in and ask if you need assistance. Everyone is knowledgeable about their products and happy to help. They have the best customer service I’ve experienced.

Very friendly esp. As a woman I visit here consciously over Lowe and big box stores.It's less imposing I love the size It's quick in and out and the staff acknowledge you in a geniune manner and come to you to help.

I would hands down give this place a 5 star all day. However, I do NOT appreciate being treated as if I am stealing something as I browse the store.. There is absolutely no reason I should have an older gentleman named Tom following my every move. It is very unpleasant having someone watching me as I look around the store to see if there may be something else I could pick up for the house. Treat your customers equally. Simply because I am a young man does not constitute a suspicion of theft. I watched as countless older customers walked in and out during my visit. Never once did that guy (Tom) follow them. Completely ridiculous that I have to write a review such as this especially for a hardware store that I for one am glad has come to town. I find all the little things here that I cannot find anywhere else. Just stop following people around and suspecting them as thiefs.

I had a very positive experience in this store! We were greeted cheerfully immediately upon entering, offered help throughout the store, and had a friendly conversation with two of the workers. The store is incredibly clean, well organized, and easy to shop at! Above and beyond experience for a retail store now a days.
