This is the 2nd year that we have filed with at this location,and Aara and her supervisor Danielle was by far the best people we have ever worked with,especially since this is the first time I was filling as an independent contractor and both these beautiful ladies was able to answer my 100 questions with ease and to where both my husband and I could understand every! And Aara was so very patient and very kind to us and made us feel 100% comfortable!we want Aara to be our only tax preparation from now on!!! Thank you sooo very much Aara you and Danielle are amazing!!! 5 stars across the board!

The person that did our taxes in Heath Ohio was not knowledgeable....I definitely would not recommend the person that works at that location!!

Set an appointment online, arrive to appointment and office was closed with a hand written sign. Call the 1-800 number and add myself to the callback list since it was a 20 minute wait. Someone finally called me back 4 hours later! She apologized and set an appointment for me over the phone for the next day. Arrive to the appointment set by the customer service rep and again no one was at the location with a hand written closed sign. What's the problem are your tax "professionals" just not working and why am I able to set these appointments if no one so there. Very frustrating.

Great place to get your taxes done ask for RICH he help get you the most back on your return also helps u even after your taxes are filed. I just walked in with my tax papers left them there half hour later I went back and asked if he would be done within a half hour he said yes and he was done at the time he said not a minute late. He asked me some information and we was done. Great people great place to go. Highly recommend.
