The 2 older staff were rude and didn't want to be bothered to help. Both were busy discussing how to rearrange shelves and let younger staff person try to answer all questions. Older person also yelled across store to say which register to use rather than come up to tell me. Won't be back to the Heath JoAnns.

Their online ordering service is so slow you need to order it 2-4 weeks in advance. They barely stock anything in store that they sell online. So, you have to order it there.

Found everything I needed for my project. It was a quick in and out trip. Cashier was there but not engaging with the customers. Maybe she was having a bad day. I know everyone has them so not a huge deal. Just happy I could get everything I needed for my project.

Walked in to grabbed one thing, knowing it would be a quick in and out,10 minutes before close. The manager very harshly said they close at 7. Of which is very clearly stated on the door. Then when I exited the building at 6:55 she was locking the door behind us. This isn’t the first time she been rude and short. A little customer service goes a long way. This is one of the many reasons I started going to Reynoldsburg.

I purchased fabric and 2 patterns. Great sale on both. I was visiting my dad in Ohio. When I got home to Pennsylvania, I got the fabric out to wash and looked at my receipt. I looked at the quantity of the yardage that was on my receipt. I had been charged for an extra yard of fabric. Sale wasn't so great now. I called the store and they said to come in with the receipt and the fabric and they would credit my card. I explained that I lived about 6 hours away. Spoke with manager and basically I am just out of luck getting a resolution. I thought about calling my credit card to report a fraudulent sale. Basically, I have been robbed!! Don't let this happen to you!I did speak directly with the manager of this store and she was unable to make any suggestions to resolve this.I repeat, I WAS ROBBED BY THIS STORE!!!Use only with great caution!
