Where do I start ? They sold me a Honda Civic and there was a zip tie holding up an Aesthetic piece on the car, the front plastic grill. I was told I could get the part replaced for 50% and then they change their mind and they have fought it for years. Then my tires in the front are mismatched one is 40 and the other one is 45 , the middle number. They are all sly , arrogant, evil Salepeople . I will never ever buy a car there and I’m gonna go up in the parking lot and ell everybody what happened to my car so people walk away. All they had to do was take care of the customer and the customer would tell others and good karma would come out of it. I believe everything comes back on people, and in the end they have to answer before God himself as we all know . They are sneaky, and I’ve heard other people up there having experienced issues as well.

I purchased a Goldwing from John Hinderer Honda motorsports and the sales people were awesome. Did a great job last year and I never gave a review.
Recently, I purchased a Honda Talon side-by-side private owner and took it in for service, called the service department and was able to bring it in within a day they fixed it within a day did the service on it super happy with everything the tech was very knowledgeable and the, other associate was super nice and got me in and I’m very satisfied and happy with John Hinderer Honda dealer I would buy another vehicle from them absolutely

Have had very good dealings with everyone at Hindera Honda powerstore & the auto store in the past and the present with Nathan in the service department on my '22 Monkey with a battery problem & service check out. He's very professional and helpful on getting the Monkey picked-up and serviced. I'm 80yrs old now and Was a printing department manager for a large company for 30+ yrs. And I know about good customer service and that can make or break a company. Years ago my wife had a crappy experience with a service writer at Lindsey Honda on her '06 Civic and that killed my dealings or references on them,even after we talked to the service mgr. who was unconcerned and "put offish". Always recommend your dealership when asked.

Service was great, just was overpriced for an oil change and air filter replacement. They charge $150 an hr.
