Update: As always, brought my vehicle out here to get an oil change, alignment, and tires rotated last week. Got it back and noticed the rpms dropping at idle and the "maintenance needed" light flashing at startup. To my surprise the cold air intake duct was almost ripped in half. Took it back today and showed them and was given a handshake and told "we will take care of this and will call you asap." Got home and was called promptly, to be told its going to cost me the price of the part and for them to put it on. 15-20 years of loyalty to this place and they are willing to throw the next 30 and any "word of mouth" from me. Shameful that a handshake means nothing anymore.

The work didn't take very long today. I can't comment on the work done except to say that my car runs good and I don't have any issues that they can't fix.

Stopped in about 11am to see if they could check my engine light that just came on. They act like they were so busy with the customers in lobby. I think they don’t like black people business. Guy told me he was too busy in back to check my engine light. Terrible service
