We were loyal customers for Lowes for over 20 yrs, even after they stop giving miltary discount for appliances. I still purchased a washer and dryer w 2 pedestals. I gave Lowes 4 chance to get this order correct, from the Store to customer service to their warehouse- it turned into an entire week and half of a complete nightmare- Lowes lost a 20 yr customer. They never could get the order correct.

Tried calling to reschedule a flooring measurement and was on hold for 32 minutes. I spoke to an associate twice who put me back on hold each time. I tried to call again and the phone rang for 5 minutes before I hung up.

I got a garbage deposal to be installed For 3 weeks I have been waiting a they do not show up Paying $200,00 dollars and me staying at home not to miss them and it is a no show

If I could give negative stars I would. Today I attempted to purchase three butcher block countertops; the listed price was $209. When I was checking out the price rang up at $349, a significant difference. A cashier went with my partner to verify the item number on the price tag. While there, the department manager belittled the cashier. Then told the cashier (after we walked away) to not honor the price. We waited 45 minutes for a manager to come to the front (self checkout lane, it was the only checkout open) to talk to us. When they finally did, they had no interest in explaining to us why they wouldn't, they simply told us that and turned away. Not honoring a price is one thing, but to treat employees as poorly as the managers did is absolutely unacceptable! I'd like to call out the department managers Penny and Justin for being particularly nasty, as well as the gm, Eave, who was t even at the store to help with the situation. On the other hand, the cashiers Michelle and Jenn were fantastic!

This store has gone downhill. Staff isn't approachable or offer help, and are usually short. They also don't staff regular registers and rely on self checkout. I use my military discount and have to wait on someone to help me, and twice now I have been ignored at Self checkout lanes, because they don't even staff it there, and I get ignored if I ask for help. I hate Home Depot, but I may start going back. Get it together Lowes.

Twice I've placed online orders, had my credit card charged, and tracking said the item had arrived at the store. The first time, I was notified that the item was ready for pickup, but when I got to the store, I waited half an hour while they looked for the item, and ultimately had to cancel the order and buy it elsewhere. This time, although tracking says my item arrived at the store a week ago and my credit card has been charged, I have not been notified that it's available, and when I phoned the store they weren't able to give me more information. The clerk said they'd have their boss call me when they got back to the customer service desk after an errand, but unsurprisingly, three hours later they haven't called. Luckily there are other hardware stores, including another Lowe's, about the same distance from me.

They helped us find what we were looking for. They helped us get it to the car. They were laughing and having fun they were very friendly. The store had what we wanted and it was reasonably priced.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. However, since this Lowe's only has one and a half star anyway, they clearly don't give a s**t about their customers anyway. I pulled into the curbside pickup, and called the store to get a pick up attendant. The phone rang for five minutes, and no one answered. I go into the store at the customer service desk. There are two women employees standing there. One is helping a customer with a return, and the other is standing there looking at her phone. I walk up to the pick up counter, and I'm patiently waiting. Absolutely no recognition from the other employee that I'm standing there. I then walk away to try and find someone to help me. I then see a third employee walk into the customer service desk area, so I go back to the customer service desk, hoping I can get someone to at least talk to me. The girl on her phone finally asked (like I was annoying her). Can I answer something for you? I asked about curbside pick up, and no one answering. She just pointed to a sign above her head. All the while, the phone behind the desk is ringing (probably others calling for their curbside pick up orders), and not being answered.

We bought a dishwasher here. It's a Maytag and it broke down just after the one year anniversary. Luckily we bought the extended service plan. What they don't tell you is that the company that runs the extended service plan does not answer their phones. I spent six hours trying to get ahold of them. Waste of time and money.

Cannot get any help over the phone, I have called over 30 times and have gotten the run around too many times to count. they always ask for my contact information and I am assured someone will get back to me. All I need from this store is proof of delivery for a shipment that was delivered here. (As simple as taking a quick picture of the document and emailing it out) and now my entire weeks pay is being withheld because I am missing 1 piece of paper from this location. I will never accept Any work that is related to lowes again. I am beyond frustrated. And this stores customer service is garbage. 0 stars if I could.

Don't attempt to purchase appliances from here. They are not truthful about what products they have available. They will just keep pushing your delivery date out another month, and another month, and another month... till you give up and go elsewhere. Very poor way of doing business.

My husband and I were at the Heath Ohio Lowe's and needed assistance with removing drainage tile from a crate approximately 12' high. I asked for the gentleman at the cash register to please call for assistance and no one showed up. I then went inside the store and saw 2 Lowe's employees leaning on a grill chatting. I approached them and asked Joe who was in a camouflaged vest to please assist my husband and Joes reply was "I think that stuff is in plumbing on the floor" I then replied and said regardless my husband located what he needs it's just far too high to reach safely. He said again to check plumbing and offered absolute zero help and went back to chatting with his fellow employee! I am also calling the store to report him as well!

I used to really like Lowes but after this escapade with ordering cabinets and getting them installed they have lost a customer with a lot more updates to do. Apparently they don't appreciate customers who spend their hard earned money. Rude lying poor customer service don't deserve my money

Stopped in to return a purchase. The customer service desk was very helpful as I did not have my receipt. The store was pretty busy, and the shelves were not stocked very well. I have not had good luck getting help that this store. I normally have to track down an associate and even when you do find one, its never their department, or they don't know how to properly assist. Overall, I will continue to go, due to the fact that all of the big box home improvement stores are about the same. As Long as you know what you are going in for, you should be fine.

Just returned from Lowe's Heath store. Appreciate that the staff was wearing masks but I won't be returning. At least a half a dozen customers in several departments were not wearing masks. The mask order is mandatory in Licking County. I don't understand why this is not enforced.
