Had a cashier named Robert treat me awfully telling me I have to download the Lowe's app to find my items basically saying he wasn't going to help me! No one wants to shop in a store that employers make them uncomfortable and offended! Get it togethether thankfully I went to customer service and Manager Mary helped me and made me more comfortable but Robert needs to not work in front with customers if he can't be kind to EVERYONE! He isn't better than me like he acted!

Went in for flooring, nobody working that department? We found another associate and they called for customer assistance, heard it over the PA. Waited half an hour and never did see anyone. Checked all the aisles.

I've heard that the employees are not always treated the best. Not sure if it's true but what I will say is that a lot of the staff seem like they'd rather be somewhere else. Often it's hard to find someone to help you if you have questions or need something that you can't get yourself. Extended warranty on appliances or tools is scam. The number of hoops you have to jump through in order to use it was aggravating enough that I simply paid $400 out of my own pocket to fix our washer despite having the extended warranty. Lowes wont' help you with it either since it's contracted through a 3rd party.

I am a regular customer at this store. Today I had the absolute worst experience. I purchased 2 bottle of scent booster beads, I got so excited because the two bottles totaled $15 when they’re normally $15 a piece. So I finished checking out and went to get more. When I scanned the 4 more I wanted, my total was $60 so I grabbed the young lady working the self-scanners and she said she would grab a manager (Montelle) to take care of it. I waited, she argued that I didn’t just check out even though my receipt said so. She grabbed another manager (Adina). Turns out the two bottles I scanned rang in as shorts???? She then took my receipt returned them and said I wouldn’t be leaving with items I didn’t purchase. I was baffled as to what happened. I still wanted my beads, but she was so rude to me and refused to help. Still accusing me of not purchasing what I purchased, I asked for another manager, (Dave) who finally pulled cameras and believed I had no stolen laundry beads. Overall experience was HORRIBLE. I have to commend the younger employees that helped me and had my back today. Montelle and Adina did not care that they knew me and that they knew I hadn’t done anything wrong. After TWO HOURS, I finally left the store with no apology except from the younger kids working there and from Dave. I am disgusted that I have even been accused. Over SCENT BEADS!!! Absolutely unbelievable. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I plan to call corporate over this matter.

My last trip to Lowe’s in Heath Ohio. They will not return anything if you have purchased the wrong item. Three strikes and they are now out!

I ordered a vinyl chain link fence through this Lowe’s store 4/23. From then until now it has been a sincerely miserable experience. I thought that ordering through a well known company would alleviate some headaches, but GUESS AGAIN. My fence cost $12,500, a pretty good size chunk of change. My salesman, Bryan, was completely absent through this 8 month process except to collect a check. I was lucky to get a text response when I contacted him at my wits’ end. Lowe’s forces payment in full to begin the process: RED FLAG. Lowe’s GROSSLY over ordered materials for my fence and will not accept returns. It took three months for my materials to be delivered and installed; this would have been reasonable if the nightmare had ended there. My fence was installed by RE Connors construction on behalf of Lowe’s. This was communicated clearly, however, I later found out that RE Connors then subcontracts out the labor AGAIN to independent contractors: RED FLAG. Absolutely NO ONE is being held accountable during this process. When the fence was installed, the first contractor (Richard) installed two of three gates incorrectly so that they were not functioning and causing additional damage to other parts of the fence. He tried to blame it on the materials sent by Lowe’s, so we ordered new gates. They took another two months to arrive. Then, for the next several weeks, I played a hellacious game of telephone with RE Connors and Lowe’s Installation Support to get scheduled for the new gates to be installed. RE Connors could not understand that the materials had been delivered to my house and therefore refused to schedule me, even after I sent photos of the materials AND they were contacted by Lowe’s ISP multiple times. They gave me the absolute run around with seemingly zero internal communications. At one point, they told we they were waiting on additional labor funds from Lowe’s but I was later informed that RE Connors will garnish wages of the original installer to pay the second installer when a mistake must be fixed later (where did the additional labor money go? Sleazy.)The day the new gates were installed, a second independent contractor (Greg) discovered some materials used in the initial installation were a) incorrect or b) completely missing. For $12,500 I would think I should have the materials that I clearly paid for on my fence. Then begins a new work order, a new round of phone calls, and another several weeks of waiting to have my fence fixed AGAIN.RE Connors put me on hold twice while on phone calls “to deal with upset customers” and I can say I myself thought of going to the shop to air my frustrations when NO ONE there seemed to have an iota of interest or concern for the job I paid for. Finally, 11/12/23, a third independent contractor (Dave) came to replace the wrong/missing materials, basically 8 months since beginning this ordeal. I pray to God nothing else was done wrongly with this fence and I never have to deal with RE Connors again.I realize that probably no one will read this review to its end except perhaps a Lowe’s customer service person, and to you I say: the only saving grace you have for me is Lisa in your ISP department. She truly went above and beyond watching over my case and deserves a raise. I hope that after reading this you 1) escalate the important issue of recognizing Lisa’s spectacular customer service, 2) FIRE RE Connors as an installer and 3) SERIOUSLY reevaluate the way this process is handled for future customers. If not, I hope no one ever orders a fence from Lowe’s ever again and is spared the stress I suffered.

They had the humidifier at Heath and not at theLancaster Lowes which isn't that bad. The downfall was they had NO replacement filters.Sorry about your luck, ordered them on Amazon.Humidifier was easy assembly and currently working fine.

For the record; I didn’t venture all over the store, nor did I need to in order to review it. The few aisles and area at the front of the store with hand and power tools, shop vacs, and other assorted items was more then enough to be able to see that this Lowe’s is pretty much the same as every other Lowe’s I’ve been to and (I’m guessing) in existence. Items and shelves were organized, stocked and easy to see/read, the displays looked nice… Now that I think about it, I don’t recall any items being out of place which is impressive and gives the impression the employees are on top their jobs and take pride in them and the store. The customers could be more mindful and considerate vs other stores… but that seems like a stretch. I could easily navigate the store without having to ask for assistance. It was clean, and I can’t think of anything negative to say about the place. I only saw one employee while I was there, but that’s not out of the ordinary. She were friendly and attentive while she rang my stuff up and I checked out. Great Lowe’s.

I have brought a variety of hardware and garden items from Lowes, but my favorite thing to buy there is appliances. I had a dryer go south some years back. It was a couple of days before Christmas. I had picked one out at Sears until they wouldn't deliver it until well after the holiday. Went across the road to Lowes and found the same thing for enough less that I had them add a washer to the deal. They delivered it the next morning, Saturday. Same thing this Spring with a replacement for a 23 year old fridge. Great price and delivered quickly. Bought a new water softener on a Black Friday deal and saved 80 bucks on sale.
