Was referred to this location by a friend and was not disappointed. The Quick Lane Team took excellent care of me and got me in and our in no time. A thorough inspection, oil change and bulb replacement were done quickly and efficiently, even with having to get a bulb delivered from the parts store. I pass several other closer dealerships coming from Blacklick, but am happy to take my business here going forward. Thank you for a great experience!

Took car in for defrost not working. Tech said it was a module and needed replaced and cost $440. Need defrost so I gave go ahead and fix it. Total work was $885. When I picked the car up the defrost still wasn’t working. Took car back and he said it was the vent door not working. Vent door cost $85 so I said go ahead. Picked car up and defrost was working. What should’ve cost me maybe $300 total labor and parts ended up almost costing me $1,000 and was never offered any of my money reinstated. I would’ve settled for a brake job, but wasn’t offered anything. Tech also over inflated my tires 10psi each. 25 years as a customer and I will never return. I feel like I was taken advantage of, right before Christmas at that.

Friendly sales team! Wide selection of cars & trucks. Ericka was attentive and took care of our needs in a timely manner. She let my brother in law & me test drive a car right away after we explained my circumstances.

My MkC had a recall safety issue Conner got me scheduled quickly and in for service which included recommended maintenance. All service and recall update was completed per quote and completed in one day. He worked and communicated very well with me and I appreciated the military discount I received. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for many years and have been satisfied with their service.

The service and quality of work done was very exceptional by the whole service dept. Job well done. This is why all 3 of my vehicles are Fords and I wouldn’t own anything else.

UPDATE: 7/26/2023 (remains 1 star)After a phone conversation with the GM at Coughlin Heath, the remaining service on my truck went much more smooth. A new issue came up 3 days later but scheduling could not find the specific Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 20-2170) required for repair. Without the GM to walk an issue through, it seems like Coughlin is not competent.INITIAL REVIEW: 7/20/2023 (1 star):Sales, Finance, and Service lack customer focus/customer obsessionCoughlin Ford of Heath is a below-average dealer. I am pleased with my truck but I will not purchase another vehicle from them. I felt Coughlin cared more about sales quotas and less about the customer. Interactions with Coughlin in the 18 post sale have strengthened my feelings.ISSUE 1: Lack of customer focus. The sales agent (Chris) seemed more intent on selling a vehicle than selling me the right vehicle. He lacked an understanding of the vehicle– incorrectly identifying a power inverter as a radio amplifier, not knowing what or how upfitter switches work, and similar issues. I would expect the sales agent to be very knowledgeable about their product line.ISSUE 2: Delivery of a poor vehicle. I purchased a 2020 F350 with 15,000 miles on a Saturday evening and upon arrival at home found the headlights (high and low beams) didn’t work. On Monday, a service appointment was scheduled for Thursday. (6 days of no driving at night or in the rain.) It was found the previous service done before the sale was not completed correctly. I would expect work was done correctly the first time and a simple inspection would be done before selling a used vehicle (such as lights, wipers, blinkers, tires, etc).ISSUE 3: Recall issues not addressed in a timely manner. 4 days after getting the truck back for the headlight repair, Coughlin notified me of 2 recalls. An appointment was set for 7 days out. The morning of the work, service called to say one recall was fixed and they were ordering the recall kit for the second. The recall kit took 2 days to arrive. I would expect known recalls would be resolved before putting the truck on the lot. In addition, I would expect parts would be ordered and available for known issues (such as recalls) before the vehicle arrives for scheduled work.ISSUE 4: Non-transparent pricing and non-customer-focused sales techniques. One truck I was interested in was “in transit to a sister dealership lot”. The sales agent could not say when it would arrive, if it would be available when it arrived, and that I would need to purchase it sight unseen if I was interested. This tactic felt cliché/sleazy even if it is true. I purchased a different truck and worked with finance (Bob) on the paperwork. He presented a few year/mile extended warranty plans and prices verbally in such a way it was difficult to understand what was the best option. A few weeks later I found the same warranty I purchased was $381 (about 10%) cheaper on the Ford Corporate website and $1,720 (45%) cheaper online at other Ford dealerships. I went back and let Bob know the warranty selected was not in my best interest and I would like to change it or cancel it. Bob stated it could not be changed and he would cancel it. He did not ask questions to understand why it was not appropriate and didn’t know if my sales tax would be returned when asked. I would expect Coughlin’s pricing would be competitive, the information on pricing would be presented in a way that helps the customer make a decision, and the finance agent would be knowledgeable about finances (taxes). (Side note if you’ve made it this far – google “Ford ESP” and you’ll find Ford dealers you can purchase the Extended Warranty through with transparent and competitive pricing.)This was my third vehicle purchased from Coughlin in 15 years and will be my last. I will seek out a dealership that cares about the customer, provides fair and honest pricing, is able to provide accurate data, and makes customer service (not quotas) their number 1 priority.

GARBAGE DUMP!!! Best describes this place. Would give negative if possible. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED people with limited income. Hope u people are proud. Bought an $8,000 used vehicle that ran for 2 days. Found out they did shady things like sprayed WD40 so the struts wouldn't make horrible noise which lasted 2 days. THE FIRST OF MANY things. Completely rusted out frame that COMPLETELY COLLAPSED and undrivable. $3,000 just to keep it running and another 3,000 to get the frame fixed. Wow. Deceptive practices are exactly what we all expect from this place. 4 relatives bought from here and all 4 were screwed. JOHN HINDERER HONDA GOT ALL 5 NEW CAR SALES WITH 5 STAR RATINGS BECAUSE OF U BUFFOONS.

If could give a zero star I would!!!Never return calls. Had questions on my warranty, I had to call multiple times to finally get someone on the phone. Then my vehicle is needing recalls repaired and another repair so wasn’t able to drive the vehicle. I called Ford corp office and they advised they would be able to pick my vehicle up to bring it into the shop as a courtesy just call the dealership to make pick up arrangements. The dealership when I called acted like this wasn’t a thing but “would check into it” never ever got a call back! I was in the market to buy another vehicle on top of repairing this one but with the lack of responses, less than mediocre customer service and overall run around I took my business elsewhere for the new vehicle purchase I got this past weekend. Unfortunately aside from recalls you have lost my business for good! Definitely need to work on that customer service and treat your customers better and not like we are a nuisance.

The service manager listened, asked if his proposed course of action was on-target, made it happen (ahead of schedule) and then asked if I was satisfied with everything. Sounds simple - but it’s rare. I don’t believe in grade inflation, but I’d give you six stars if it was an option.

My husband and I had such a terrible time trying to find the perfect vehicle for our family. But this place has made that process so much easier. We were helped by a super friendly car salesman named Justin Coleman. He made this process so much easier for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And if you happen to find yourself there definitely ask for Justin!!! Thank you again!!!

My husband and I were greeted at the door by Justin Coleman. He asked us a few simple questions about what we were looking for and our budget. He gave us a list of options that actually fit all criteria. He didn’t try to upsell us or try too hard to make a sale when we weren’t feeling a vehicle. He went with our flow and was extremely helpful and accommodating. His excitement definitely showed when we decided to look at an Explorer. He is SO knowledgeable about them, and it was a lot of fun taking one for a test drive. When we decided to purchase, he made the process quick and easy and was able to get us to where we needed to be financially without all the annoying haggling and stress. We asked for a spot of chipped paint to be repaired, and he went above and beyond to get us a better solution. Since purchasing, he has checked up on us a couple times making sure everything is going well. If you need a new car, especially if you’re considering an Explorer, Justin is your guy!
