Love the prices, love the people. They are absolutely fantastic. The only problem i have had is not being able to get them on the phone! It's very frustrating. Also, had an issue with my '14 gmc terrain in Jan when we had the deep freeze...temps froze my engine and when we drove it after 10 mins warming up, it threw everything internally around in the engine. Completely trashed my car! So because a physical object didn't damage my car, i was not covered. Completely devastated! Life lesson 73,901...ALWAYS PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. First new car i ever bought and i didn't know any better. Only cost me $6600 in negative equity on my replacement car, and $10K in interest. (Sarcasm) SMH

My family has carried insurance through this office for many years. Recently we had an issue with coverage following an accident. Doug went to bat and everything worked out perfectly. My experienced was nothing but "SERVICE EXCELLENCE" - treated with respect and compassion. As we all know insurance can be confusing.. I felt Doug @ Midwest Insurance Professionals took his time to explain what coverage I really needed. He didn't sell me..he helped me buy! If you are not using MIP for all your insurance needs..you need to be!
