I can’t say enough good things about this place. They always manage to fit me in even with little notice which makes all the difference in my hectic schedule. Brittany is an absolute gem and hands down the best when it comes to hair! The hair mask treatment is heavenly, and my hair has never felt better.
The med spa itself is great. Everyone is so attentive and genuinely committed to helping you leave feeling and looking your best. I especially love the thoughtful distraction tool during face treatments…it helps make the experience that much more comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the team always makes me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

I’ve been doing my own hair for a while and I was a little Nervous to go to a hairstylist again after the last one turned my hair green 😅 but I heard about millennium styles from my friend and decided to give it a try. I went for a haircut back in March for a wolf cut by the owner and it turned out really good, so I went back for some color and she knocked it out of the ballpark and I am super happy with my hair and I will be going back!

Came home to Heath Ohio for my 50 year class reunion. Had my very favorite Melanie Klein give me an awesome haircut. Got lots of compliments!

Absolutely awful experience. I asked for a new style with no length taken off, and they hacked my hair way shorter than I asked. Every piece is a different length, making it impossible to style, and it caused major breakage. They clearly have no idea how to handle fine hair—and using a razor on it? Completely unprofessional.
The place itself looks cheap and dated, nothing like the glam image they try to sell. And the prices? Absurd for the garbage work they do.
Worst part: I made the mistake of referring my partner. They butchered his beard and gave him a haircut that looked like it was done blindfolded. Total embarrassment.
Avoid this place unless you want to pay a premium to look like a mess.
Update: They booked an appointment for me without my consent, and now I have to call to cancel it. I did not book this appointment, and I will not be arriving. The lack of professionalism continues.

My favorite place in town! The salon is welcoming, family-friendly, and clean. I tried 10 hairstylists all over the place, Mel is the best one, she is super talented and amazing, I don’t know how I can live without her! I get compliments about my hair a lot. If you are looking for a hairstylist, definitely check Millennium Styles.

Very unprofessional. I made the appointment well in advance to get my hair styled the morning of my son's wedding. I received auto reminders so I know it was in the books. I arrived on time but had to wait a bit. The first stylist seemed disgruntled and worked very slowly to dry a small portion of my hair In the back. A half hour in, the stylist stopped working and said her next client was there. Well, she looked around, and after some discussion with a few people, found another stylist to step in and finish. THEN I found out what happened. The stylist my appointment was with booked a more expensive wedding updo over my simple "blowout." When I showed up, they had scrambled to find someone to take me (stylist number one). She obviously didn't want to and dawdled until her next client came in. KUDOS to stylist, Molly, who stepped in, finished the job beautifully, and got me out the door to my son's wedding.
