I just want to commend you for the fast, painless and honest transaction. It was absolutely the best experience in my 21 years of driving purchasing a vehicle. We were going to play a joke as the car was a gift, to find a car nobody would want and present my wife with that instead of the Audi A6. The best part of that is there wasn’t a car on that lot that looked bad. Top notch service, with top notch vehicles. Can’t wait to come back again!

I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla LE with 170k miles in 20 I’ve had 3 cars already and this one has stomped any car I have ever had all that has been wrong was cosmetic damage but other than that everything is perfect

Almost a year ago, my husband and I bought our first car together. The perfect family van for our growing family! I have to say, I was a bit nervous at first going in. We had just went through a weird experience at a different dealer ship, couple days prior. But after meeting and talking with Zack, we had good vibes and the best experience all around. It was exactly what we were looking for! This review is well over due, sorry it took so long. We’ll definitely come back here when we’re looking to buying again in the future.

I was in the market to buy a car for my son. I got onto CarGuru's and found a car that fit my budget and preferences. I reached out to Zach about the car and he told him the car was available. I said that I would take off of work early the following day at 2pm and come and test drive the car. I called financing the day I spoke with him and had him send over the purchase order for the vehicle. Everything was good to go and I just needed to test drive the car and sign the paperwork. He advised to call before I made the trip as it was a 2 hour drive. So at 2pm I called and spoke with him and asked if we were still good. He said yes and that he would have it ready for me. Then after I drive an entire hour into the direction of the dealership, he calls me to tell me that he just sold it. Reasoning, that someone else came there and already had financing. I had already sent over financing for the purchase prior to him selling the car out from under me. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as this is not how you do business. This is the definitely one place I will never go and will advise anyone to stay away from.
***UPDATE***
The owner personally reached out, admitted the mistake, and took responsibility without making excuses. He even mailed me $100 to make up for the wasted trip. While I’m still disappointed with how the original situation was handled, I respect the fact that the owner stepped up and made it right. That kind of accountability is rare.

Bought a used Tesla here, it lasted for 6 months before Tesla shut it down for a coolant leak it had. Took it in and found out the battery had been leaking since before I bought it. It had been losing charge quickly and couldn't be used more than 2 days in a row. Now I'm out 18k with this place and there's nothing I could do except pay off the loan or pay another 18k on top of it for a new battery in the damn thing. Do not buy an electric car here, they don't inspect them with Tesla and it'll ruin your credit. I'll never shop here again!

Bought a 2007 Buick LaCrosse from Zack for my sister. Was way better than expected. Only had to fix a small exhaust leak. Extremely satisfied.
