Mike is amazing. He cares about his customers in a way that you can't find in a big chain repair shop. Even when he's booked up, if you have a problem with your car he tries to make time to take a look or go for a short drive to figure out the problem. If it's urgent and he's booked he sends you to shops that he trusts to get the job done right.
