I like this store as I can usually get everything I need from there and for a good price. I think the associates are very nice and kind there. I have a loyalty card and I'm able to get discounts, which is definitely a bonus in my opinion

it’s hard to move around the store when having a stroller. Employee using a knee chair scooter way to fast almost got hit twice!

The styles of clothes are .. nothing for men. I dont recommend coming looking for clothes here if you are a working man.

I usually like this store but today I was charged double for an item I call the managers response is well I can't help you because you paid debt seriously!!! So it's my fault the cashier messed up I'm supposed to use my gas and time drive 30 minutes to the store and 30 minutes back home back to fix old Navy's error????

Very good clearance prices.
Good place to find casual or dress clothing. Very helpful staff that goes out of their way to help find what you are looking for.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Old Navy had a store in Heath. It's big and bright and very well stocked. The cashiers were very helpful. I would recommend this store.

I found great deals here for myself and my daughter! I like how it was organized clearance not a huge mess. Lots of helpers around to assist. I'll return here often.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are willing to help you every step of your shopping experience here at this location. Store is very clean and organized. The Folks with the one star review are usually the one’s with no class and that Wal-Mart is across the parking lot for them

Zero stars would be more acceptable. Never have been a fan of the place, just don't want it in my town. Cashiers dancing at the counter should probably find something else to do, because it's off putting. Policies should be in place to keep them busy instead of silly.
