The staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they take great care of their animals. One customer reported that the manager and workers provided exceptional help and knowledge for a neglected rare reptile, finding everything needed on a tight budget. This location is considered the best in Licking County. Some notes indicate that while prices on fish are great, some items can be a little overpriced compared to other stores. There is also a need to work on their fish tanks, as some crustaceans do not live long. Customers can enjoy savings with online shopping, in-store pickup, or repeat delivery orders.
