Megan groomed my golden retriever, and I’ve taken him to several high-end grooming salons before — but no one has ever done his cut the way Megan did. She did an absolutely fabulous job! I’ll definitely be coming back to PetSmart and booking with Megan from now on. Thank you again — you were amazing!

Waste of time. They don't tell you on the phone you need rabies documentation from the vet, wasted time going in and then standing there waiting. Very unprofessional.

I took my older dog in for a walk-in nail service, and the groomer did an awesome job. I will be back for any future grooming needs. She understood that my dog is almost 15 years old, and it is a lot of stress for her to leave home and get her nails cut and buffed. Staff is awesome.

Did a great job grooming my goldendoodle! She’s 80lbs and had a lot of fur. I needed to get her in somewhere day-of so took my chances with PetSmart. Bri did FANTASTIC. The last time I got her groomed by a highly recommended individual groomer, it was not good at all. When she came out from her grooming I was shocked! She smells amazing (not overpowering at all) and is so clean, the cut is perfect, the girl at the front desk was awesome and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. And Bri showed me a few itchy spots she found that I never knew about. I’ll go to her for as long as I can!

The store looks amazing and the animals well-cared for. The only thing I noticed was the aquatic turtle was kept in an empty tank - no decor, no plants...nothing for the animal to cling to when it comes up to breathe air periodically.

Bri K. has been grooming my Irish wolfhound/poodle mix for about a year now and she is amazing! She does a great job and my shy boy loves her so much! He gets so excited to get groomed and she’s able to even brush his teeth and do all the things most dogs hate. I highly recommend Bri if you have a dog that is sensitive and not trusting of people, she takes such good care of my boy.
