This is the second time in a few years that I’ve needed a storage unit and chose to use the same place. Rates are fair, units are clean and surveilled. Natasha was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made the initial process of payment and access extremely quick and easy! I will always use this facility for my storage needs!!

Nothing has changed.... I put my stuff in there and not even 24 hours later all my stuff was gone... GONE.... I will be filing a claim and If they don't do right, I will be filing a lawsuit and I will also be finding others who had the same happen to join me... There are no cameras or security, even tho they advertised it... There's laws against false advertisement... and literally lost about 2,000 in belongings. The police I called came and took report. he said this was the WORST storage unit in the area. Idk what happened...but these people who steal are sick and have serious mental issues.

I've been upset about the entire thing. I obtained my gate ID number, paid for my unit, and set up an account. You know that my gate ID number is invalid. I gave up after wasting two hours trying to enter it in and left. As a result, I won't be able to return my U-Haul in time, which means I'll have to rent it for an additional day and pay extra mileage because I'll need to make multiple trips to the storage unit. I'm therefore spending more money and time on this entire process.

Gate is still broken and people park and set in their vehicles very creepy to come look at my unit hope so eone not trying break in units.saw company truck their yesterday but never fixed gate..and prices keep rising

Units was not as pictured mostly trash who stores garbage actual trash and tons of tires in 2 of the units I won’t literally tons and what’s odd is every car that’s in the facility is sitting on blocks hmmmm weird and what they are missing is rims and tires and almost all of them cars are filled with trash I feel like the person who runs that storage facility is scamming people there taking things that they want out of the units and putting the trash people left behind in units and
