This is truly my own opinion in my own experience. I went to the store and asked for a Gray couch. She showed me five couches that were not gray... Then I asked for a price on the electric bicycle 3 times that was by the counter and she told me same thing "its very expensive" 3 tines. So 8 quedtions and i never got any answers. We were the only customers.... sad...

This place is great and the staff is doing a great job . If your having a bad experience I imagine its because you need to pay your bill . Any time I’ve ever wanted something if they didn’t have it they went out and got it just for me . That has a lot of value to me. If you can’t afford your payment then don’t make the purchase or you will not have a good experience with the company. Set up auto pay and make your payments and your experience will be a good one . Doesn’t that make sense? I mean hello people this isn’t brain surgery it’s common sense! If you want a good experience and are responsible enough to do what you agree to because everyone has the option to say no and just do without the 70 inch tv then your experience will be a good one because I’ve only ever had a good experience at this store no matter who the manager was!

Sarah was so very sweet and stayed after hours just to make sure everything was okay!The one lady who did my transaction made it possible for us to bring our bed home tonight just minutes before close! Overall an amazing team and atmosphere! Will be back for all of our furniture and more ?

The managers you have now running to the store. I will never purchase and everything from there ever again. She is nasty and has every excuse she possibly can. I've actually already started purchasing other items from rent to own because I will never purchase another from you.

I have gotten many things from rent a center a lot of things I have paid off and then I got a portable air conditioner which has done nothing but leak and now I've told them to pick it up .I will be sending them all my stuff back

I am being harassed by a woman named Nichole over Facebook about someone else's agreement I have 0 part of. Because I am friends with the person who has an agreement with RAC.I don't even live in Ohio. I'm on the East coast. This store is that ridiculous and unprofessional.Do yourself a favor. Save your cash for a couple weeks and buy your product outright someplace else.I will be contacting the Store Manager. District Manager. And Corporate. This is inappropriate.

If I could give this purchase and delivery 0 stars, I would. I have had nothing but problems throughout this process. Was told I wasn't scheduled for delivery so I called and got it scheduled. Then I was told I would receive a call back about my paperwork and meter received a call. I had to call several times on day of delivery to make sure it was actually getting delivered. I was scheduled for delivery between 3-5pm and it was after 5pm by the time it got delivered. Was never called and told there was a delay. I had to reach out to them. When they eventually showed up. The delivery people scratched my washer and my dryer as well as the front door. The sales manager didn't say anything about the damages. All he said was to call the office first thing in the morning. Coming from someone who deals in customer service on a daily basis. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a brand new washer and dryer and left with a damaged washer and dryer including a front door. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

You were supposed to deliver our TV between 3:00 and 5:00 in the afternoon. TV never showed up. I called before 6:00 and was told the TV was never put on the delivery van. The guys were supposed to go and pick it up and bring it to the house and deliver it tonight, but no TV ever showed up. This is not good customer service, and I'm beginning to think we should cancel and go somewhere else.
