Check Spectrum over head cables in your area . A semi on my road caught their over cable which in return pulled on utility pole and ripped Electrical service off my house costing me $2000 . They denied my claim to reimburse me for the damage . They stated denied because they can not raise them if they are not notified. In other words people are suppose to know required height over roadway and supervise their work . They been out 3 time and admitted the lines are low but until AEP raises their lines which could take up to 3 years . So ,check your height and report low lines to Spectrum Mike
Spectrum’s generic reply got me no where .
Still no action to raise lines or take responsibility for damage
Sorry doesn’t get it when a company this size neglects code with their workman ship and ignores personal property damage because they know an individual can not afford legal action against them

I walk in to quick buy a Samsung iPad (give them $600), sign up to get helped and see 2 workers helping customers, 3 other workers just standing around talking. After waiting 10 minutes I just shake my head and start to walk out the door. Once I get out the door and look back I see a worker just staring at me through the window, still not helping anyone (shocking, judging by the previous reviews of this store location, it's not anything new..). Older lady that walked out with me was saying 2 workers were helping 1 customer together for over an hour and others were just standing around. Guess I'll just take my $600 down the road to Verizon or someone else for a tablet and switch my cell provider from spectrum too while I'm at it.

My husband and I went to this store yesterday to upgrade his phone- we had a scheduled appointment for 11 am. Courtney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us a xumo device and faster internet for $10 less a month. We were there with our 3 year old and they brought her a chair to sit in AND a balloon! We were called about 10 minutes or so after our appointment time but there was another customer that was being assisted that was hysterically crying and threatening to call the police. The person that assisted her was extremely kind and even brought her a cup of water and tissues.

Genuine one of the worst internet providers out there can't do anything if there is any type of bad weather everything shuts down and goes slow. It us also just terrible normally

False advertising, higher rates, no oversight or accountability. Over charging issues and refund issues.

This place is ridiculous! When I walked in at 5:30pm, I signed in and I was up next on the video board wait list. I have subsequently been sitting here for 2 hours and I'm still up next. The only two associates helping customers have both been helping the same customers for two straight hours. The other employees in the store haven't helped a single person. Spectrum you're doing an absolutely terrible job, do better!

Garbage internet. Never worked well. Paid for year in advance for a year at a time for several years, eventually got enough free time to cancel. On the phone they literally won’t let you cancel and then will try to send the last months bill to collections? Ended up paying less to get better service.

Came in today to stop service with spectrum so kinda bad circumstances but Max had the best customer service the way he got the long line down fast was amazing and he had such a winning personality he is a keeper

I have been sitting in the SPECTRUM store for almost an hour. There’s four workers here and only two of them are working. Everybody else is in the back. It took four SPECTRUM workers to help one person and there was 10 people ahead of me. This is ridiculous just to get my equipment switched out. Do you do better.

Went in for help with mobile issue. Chris was a big help. I was greeted when I went it. I was told to sign in using the kiosk. Wait time was about 10 minutes. The have plenty of displays of phones for you to look at. The parking lot is large andbhas plenty of space. The store is easy to get into and out of

I went in store to upgrade my phone. They changed my plan which made my account no longer eligible to upgrade. They couldn’t fix it and told me I have to wait a month. I cannot believe this is real life.
