this review is for spectrum as a internet provider.it is down 85%of the time which is not good.i call and complain which I hate to do we should get a discount for as much as it's down I would switch but no other internet provider out my way.they suck.

I recently signed on with Spectrum for a new cell phone ad mine is ancient. Having so much junk , photos, etc on my phone there was no way I was going to try to do myself.
I made an appointment online and as I was first one there I got right in. Heather was totally amazing and as I didn’t k is to get a code from my carrier I was leaving, she called and got it with no problem. She was very helpful and super pleasant. I will go there again if I need anything. Great job Heather for being so great with my phone and our sales rep Blake that got us signed up for home WiFi .

The staff was very rude. Whoever that dark haired old lady is that was working on this day 5-9-24 around 2-4 pm needs to be let go. She has awful people skills. Dont go to this location.

Spectrum sent out contracted door to door sales people that fraudulently set me up for an account using a fake email address. When I spoke to spectrum, they said I agreed to the service by not declining it through email (an email I had no access to as it wasn’t my email). I gave them a second chance eventually and did move over my service on a trial basis, in which time I found out that Spectrum was committing what amounted to elder abuse to my grandparents (signing them up for things they didn’t ask for, not explaining details, overcharging them). Now as I sit here trying to cancel my service, the person in their retention team is purposefully leaving me on hold as I have explained I am currently working and he is trying to prevent me from cancelling. Dishonest, shady, illegal behavior.

I was in the Spectrum store today. A gentleman named Austin help me setup my new mobile service. He was very polite, knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. He is definitely an asset to Spectrum! I highly recommend this store and especially Austin!

Do not go here! Rude reps, owners delete reviews. Posted a lengthy review detailing a terrible experience with sales rep Courtney. They essentially did not honor their own sale saying my working phone was not worth more than $1 to qualify (samsung s10, qualifies, and is worth more per their online Trade In Calculator). Courtney overruled Spectrums' policies and told me they won't accept, and recommended I take my phone to a Kroger phone kiosk to pawn it off. This is not the appropriate choice of actions to tell your paying customers.As you see by all the other 1 Star reviews, the owner only responds with a canned response about reaching out on Twitter and whatnot about escalating this issue further. I already did that, and their automated / non personalized response shows they do not actually care at all. They likely respond to negative reviews so Google thinks they were actually addressed so only more highly rated reviews show up.Do not go here!

I will never ever use spectrum again. They had a salesman come to my house to offer internet services. I kept telling him I didn't have an income at the time and he assured me it would be free through the acp program. He started an account for internet that was 80 dollars, cable that I didn't even want, and phone service I also didn't want. After talking to spectrum, they said I was still responsible for 200 dollars! So unprofessional, awful customer service, absolutely terrible work ethic.

Spectrum is a terrible company. Spectrum over charges small businesses for phone and internet. Spectrum charged my business for services I never asked for and would not give me a refund. I DON’T recommend Spectrum. The employees are nice but the company is terrible

Store customer service was a joke. Was 3rd in line and waited 30 mins to get skipped. all i was there for was to pick up Internet equipment as a NEW customer. The person I was skipped for was transferring data between cell phones. Doesn't take much to multitask checking out a modem while data transfers between phones. Had to walk out to pick up daughter from cheer practice. Will try again another day. Setting up service and still without Internet

Better ran than the old Time-Warner operation.The internet is not as stable as my AT&T service.The crew seems diverse and pretty decent people.Because of the current monolpoly, it is the only option. It could be much worse.

Had a outage,because of system updates. Attempted the reboot with a very pleasant customer support person.Could not resolve on the phone. A technician was scheduled for 2 to 3. Received messages for confirmation.Ian Frame was the technician and was professional and very kind. Thank you

Well I went there to upgrade to #SamsungZfold5 but instead of $1,000 trade in value as was 2 months or so ago, they will only give you $100 in trade in value for my #SamsungS23Ultra5g.So I am holding off even though my performance is lacking at times even with high speed wifi at home.Oh well, I just wanted the latest fold that was tested and performed well, unlike last generation with quality issues when it came to the screen primarily.They are now pushing basically a better camera quality and clarity #S24Ultra5G, which I really like many. I am sure you do not warrant a financial investment and technology upgrade of any true significance that would benefit.Simply put, the function and form are not that much different in my humble opinion as I am sure as others feel the same.Sorry Spectrum, I really feel you do a disservice with going to push the newest #Samsung Ultra over a reimbursement for a truly different form and function technology upgrade in the #SamsungZFold5.The perfect deal was advantageous as well made of a common sense reason to upgrade . Now, it is not there and opens up my mind as many others to consider other phones and not to mention service providers =/ ?#kevindouglasberg #baitandswitch #spectrummobile #spectrummarketing
