“I found a pair of sound canceling headphones for a child. I work with special needs children and we are in need of these headphones so I hunt for them regularly. I found a pair today, without a price tag. Instead of taking a price tag from another item like some would do, I went to the register to ask the price only for the salesperson to take them from me and state she can’t sell them to me! I explained they were for a special needs child and she said their policy states they can NOT sell an item without a tag! It must go back to Deo drive to be repriced and then thrown into a box to be distributed to one of their many stores! I ask to speak to a manager and she said they couldn’t do anything either. STORE POLICY! WTH!!! So much for helping the community!
EDIT: After speaking to the main office I had a return call. A week later those head phones were still sitting in a back room at GW in Hopewell Dr., they never went back to be repriced. The manager of the store stated they would be waiting for me and she would have them priced and in her office. Thank you for making this right and helping one of our special needs kiddos!”
“Great thrift shop. They have a lot of items, and I mean A LOT. Some of the prices are ridiculous but they have really greet sales all Week (including 99 ¢ days) that is when Certain Colored ta tags are only 99¢”

“Stopped in to see the location. It is a smaller sized store, and they also take donations at this location. Most items were fair prices, but some were rather high. They don't have a lot of clothes. The lady at the counter was nice and helpful. The parking lot is big and is easy to get into and out of. There is a handicapped ramp to get in.”
“This Goodwill is very well run with alot of deals. The cashier's are always friendly and willing to help you out. The managers are never to busy to help you out. The only time I won't go is after 5pm. Things turn a little less friendly.”
“This was my first time at this Goodwill and I visited twice in one day!! Lots of great things to look thru and treasures to find. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I'm ranking this as one of my favorites and will definitely be back!”

“We’ve checked out bin stores in other parts of Ohio and Bin Mania compares well with its competitors. Across several visits, we’ve found quite a few deals on useful items in the bins. Searching the bins is always fun, so we spend most of our time digging through them for deals. Yesterday was an unusual visit for us, in that the bins were low on items, so we found some especially good deals on the clothing racks. They’ve earned this 5-star review!”
