“I had an accident and broke the stem to my farm tractor. My agricultural dealers (in Mt Vernon and Utica) highly recommended Shrader Tire & Oil in Heath. I was able to drop off on Wednesday (right before they closed) and got a phone call by Thursday morning it was fixed. They were very quick and took very good care of me (cause It’s hay season and tractor doesn’t travel very far on a flat tire). Doug Miller (store manager ) also took extra time explaining and showing a much safer way to strap down tractor and it definitely wasn’t thru the tires as we had it previously secured it. Such wonderful people, I definitely know where I’m getting my next tires…Shrader Tires!”

“Need tires, shopped around, this place seemed to have reasonable rates. Called to schedule an appointment but was told their business was walk in preferred. I could make an appointment but they working on a week and a half lead-time. I got there as soon as they opened, was the second customer in line. Took about 90 minutes for tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment. Overall satisfied with the service. Price was comparable to other places, including dealerships. Friendly staff, too.”
