“Even though my tire was 'toast', causing me to call Jae's towing service, it was a pleasant, stress free experience! Jae's Towing sent me a text letting me know they had received my order for a tow. Since I drive a 4-wheel drive Chevy Tahoe, it has to be on a roll off tow truck, which sometimes takes longer to get to you with other towing companies. Not Jae's towing! They sent me another text in a brief time that Jae's towing was in route to pick up my 'wounded' Tahoe.
David was my excellent professional tow driver.
He asked if I had a spare which he could put on instead of having to tow my vehicle. I have custom rims on this suv, so that was a no go.
The fact that he even asked was just a nice change of pace and going the extra mile in service! Since I was being towed to Tire Discounters for a new tire, I just asked if I could ride in tow truck since my family was not close to pick me up. He secured my Tahoe on tow truck, opened the passenger door of his truck, and I was SCHOCKED!! The interior was SPOTLESS!!! David was courteous, professional and a good driver.
Nobody likes to have to these sort of things happen, but Jae's made it painless!
