ATM hardly ever working. Staff not very friendly. Trees need trimmed hitting top of my Jeep.

The worst banking experience ever. I rarely need cash, but when I do their ATM's are not dispensing cash or out of cash, or telling you your pin is incorrect (I watched a line of people leave completely disgruntled one Sunday so it wasn't me forgetting my pin). They are more often than not very rude on the phone, they tend to speak down to you as if you've not a clue in the world how banking works. When I was married we filed bankruptcy (~25 years ago), once divorced I remained with TrueCore with my own new account, a couple of years ago they 'upgraded' their systems and because of the joint account (that was long ago closed) I lost some of my banking privileges. I left them and now bank elsewhere, I do not regret it in the least, I should never have stayed with them. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Love the place and the people, true it does take a little longer than most banks but I've never had to return because of an error on their part. Frendly, helpful, and professional is how I'd describe it. Personally favorite employee is Jordan, they should give her a raise at the bare minimum.

Their app is very slow, will not update unless the actually business is open. Transactions sometimes take 2 or 3 days to even post so your available balance is usually incorrect. But seems fitting so thay they can get money from overdraft fees.
