The last 2 times I came in to look at straighteners, I was ignored, especially the last time. Three employees passed by me and didn't acknowledge me. I spend a lot of money on hair products and makeup in that store. Very disappointed.

I normally become a product holder and tester as I follow the wife around. Then she buys it and tells me is it not amazing all of that was only $20... So I tell her the same when we go to Microcenter...We all know neither of the trips are only $20.

The girls were too busy with their friends to answer any questions I may have had. I asked about a certain product and the girl was hesitant to leave her spot to show me where the product was. There were 2 cashiers and nobody in line, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I go in there quite often and honestly this is the 2nd time I received poor customer service. I definitely won't be back.

I have never shopped here before. I do however shop on behalf of customers. I will never shop here for myself nor for another customer with how I was treated. It's one thing if I asked said employee to do my job for me. But I didn't, and with their help a few times I could have learned the layout of the store and made everything smooth. But instead I get told they are not allowed to help me. So I will not support this so l store in any way. With my own money or help other people spend their money there. Never once have I felt like the money that was coming into a store wasn't good enough...

So many options! I felt like a child in a willy Wonka candy store! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I assumed that things would be horribly expensive. But there are many inexpensive items available just as well as many high dollar. You can shop here on any budget. Can't wait to return
