UNITY Fitness is a 24-hour gym suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. It offers diverse, high-quality, and unique equipment that gets the job done. The atmosphere is friendly, family-oriented, and not intimidating, with a positive community. It provides group activities, fitness classes, and a kid room. The trainers are amazing. They accept Silver Sneakers. While not the newest or most open, it is highly recommended for anyone looking to start or continue a healthy lifestyle.
It's not as open as I am use to and a little dark but they have all kinds of machines that I will use. They accept Silver sneakers.

I love Unity Fitness!!! It's a 24 hour gym and they have anything you need. The trainers are amazing and the people are all ages and all Fitness levels. It's not intimidating at all which is a big deal to me.

Not the newest equipment but it’s 24 hours and it gets the job done. I have went to the same building for years with a couple different gyms there . I haven’t taken advantage of all the other things they have to offer but there is plenty of group activities if your better with groups.
