I will never go to the Heath Post Office again!
Post office is open until 5. I understand wanting to go home after you've worked all day. But I got there at 4:55. Had to get letters mailed certified mail per my job & Brandy had an attitude the whole time. Apparently I made your day bad, well congratulations you made mine even worse!

The Postmaster was very nice and helpful. Needed special stamps for Thank You notes. They happen to have thank you stamps. He had to look for them and did not get annoyed. Told me to have a nice day and congratulations for the Wedding.

Never seen a government funded building with huge potholes as soon as you pull in. Blacktop isn't that expensive.

I will advise if you have any packages to ship, avoid USPS in Heath and use PAK Mail. Went to USPS in Heath today, that lady was very rude and arrogant. Mishandled my packages. Hope nothing is broken. Very unprofessional as it can get.

Brandy was extremely helpful when mailing packages outside the US. I wasn't familiar with the process & she took care of everything! I really appreciated her friendliness & assistance!

They have zero customer service skills. They don't listen, they aren't interested in helping you solve any sort of issue you may be having. They seem miserable and they're taking it out on customers.

The postal carrier picked up my hold mail card and the same carrier delivered my mail and has done so every day while I’ve been on vacation. Can’t they get anything right!!!!

I brought a package to the Heath post office to mail and was harassed by Brandy. She said, "I've told you over and over to label your package" after I brought in a sealed box and a sticky note with the destination address on it. I have only ever mailed one box (not flat rate) in the past and forgot I had to grab a label off the shelf and fill it out by hand. She was rude and condescending. I got real governemnt "service."

You guys shoved a package with breakable items in my mailbox instead of handing them to me while I was on my porch. You couldn't even close the mailbox. If I hadn't been home and someone saw I had a package in my mailbox they could have taken it. Show a little care for your work. I understand it can be frustrating but at the end of the day you should have integrity in what you do.

Absolutely ABHORRENT customer service! Brought in some packages with PREPAID shipping labels which simply need to be scanned and a receipt given and the lady working started complaining at my partner IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS for "holding up the line" and told him to LEAVE OUR PACKAGES (HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF ITEMS) on the counter UNATTENDED for her to scan later. And what happens when she looks away and someone takes them and walks out??? My partner has severe social phobia and anxiety disorders and will not be able to step foot back in this place. This WILL set his healing back and affect his health DIRECTLY.If you have a problem with someone "holding up the line" schedule more people to work!
