Not a customer, no matter how hard I tried. Terrible customer service. Apparently they have one guy who can order parts and he's never in and he never returns calls when he is in. After two and half weeks of trying repeatedly to order parts, I finally went to another small business who not only responded to me day 1, but will also ship the parts I needed because Bowman, as my nearest parts dealer, was absolutely useless.

This is the first time I’ve used bowman for a repair on my mower and I couldn’t be happier. Troy took great care of me throughout the entire process. They picked up the mower and in a couple days Troy called me and told me what was wrong and the cost of the repair. The price was very reasonable. He even worked with me on the delivery back to me due to an appointment we had that same day. I highly recommend them for any repairs of your mowing equipment. Mark

Picked my mower up at my house and took it to his shop repaired it and brought it back to my house. Quick, professional and a fair price. Everyone I dealt with was great.

We had a great experience with Bowman, our Scag was having issues starting, and after exhausting our capabilities with attempting to start the mower. We called Bowman and spoke with Tory, he took the time to listen to our issues and stated that they would pick up our mower at the earliest convenience. Even though they were busy, our mower was picked up a couple of days later. Tory promptly called us back and explained the problem and gave us an estimate. Our mower was delivered back to our home and was running great once again. Unlike those other big name businesses, everyone that we spoke with at Bowman's was polite, efficient, and helpful. We plan on using Bowman's for future service/products. You won't be disappointed in supporting this small local business. Dan
