Placed online order for pickup to go. Got there and the drive thru was really backed up. Come to find out there were only 2 people working and the lobby was closed. Called them and they brought my order to the door and handed it to me so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru line.

Employees need to pay better attention to alternating the drive thru lines. I've watched others who go through the outer lane and it's like those customers get forgotten as the inner lane continues to move. This finally happened to me as well, and three cars were served before I gave up. I waited patiently, didn't say anything until after the third car had their order taken and I was still at the speaker. I tried to get their attention and no answer. I know they're understaffed at this location, but please pay more attention. The food has been okay, and the orders have been correct.

Went today Sunday around 5pm. There was a car at the window and I pulled up to speaker. I got a will be right with you. I waited 10 minutes and finally left. This is a constant thing at Burger King. How do they stay in business? If I were the owner I would definitely get new management.

The food disserved 3.5 stars but I rounded it up to 4 since you can't award half stars. I got a whopper combo. It had been a while since I had eaten in a Burger King. I was a little dismayed that the beef patty wasn't very thick at all and wasn't all that hot and neither were the French fries. We went to BK because it was conveniently located along our route.

1:30pm 1/17/24 Absolutely ridiculous, I pulled up for a drive through order, being the only person in line, I was told that they are short staffed and can’t take any orders until 2:00pm There we’re at least two people working, I’d like to know what they were doing.

Sat in line for 25 mins just for the new car to pull in and get their order taken before me even though I was there first and already spoke to the guy. Then I got up to the 2nd window and she asked me my order and it was 2 whoppers and a kids meal and I said there should also be a melt meal on there as well and she said I was right. Got my food pulled up and checked it because there was a long line of cars behind me and I was missing my melt the burger that we literally just spoke of so I walk in and get it and they’re all just hanging out talking while there’s about 20 cars waiting for their order to be taken. Got my melt and it wasn’t even toasted at all and all the food I got was ice cold..I’m already not a big fan of Burger King I only went for my mother and honestly just makes me dislike them more.

Pulled up waited two minutes. Another car pulled up to the right of me and within 10 seconds the order taker asked that car what they wanted. when I mentioned that they were not taking people in order of arrival She made a statement something to the effect “we’ll I’m training someone right now, so if you don’t like it, you don’t have to order anything”. I explained that I had pre-ordered on my app and had prepaid but yes I would take a refund. she stated she couldn’t refund because the store doesn’t control the online orders, soI’m out of luck . Basically, it’s like this Burger King stole my money. I drove away, losing money and time at this Hebron location. Please don’t waste your time and money . Steer clear of this Burger King

They’re really trying, but the food quality has been slipping and the time between ordering and driving off has gotten excessive.

This location is in my work service area so we stop here on occasion. Given raw chicken with my meal today. When I asked for a refund of my meal for eating half a piece of raw chicken (before realizing it) they only gave me the refund for that single item. Would have appreciated a full refund of the meal after throwing up afterwards.

Guy working at the first window of drive through taking payment on 8/19/23 @3:25pm was amazing. Happy dude that made small talk while card was processing. Amazing customer service. Not very many people like him anymore. Food was good too !
