I had an appointment that I scheduled months ago. I show up today at said appointment time for them to look at me and have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about!! Even though I have the texting thread and confirmation for appointment with the number on her sign right in front of the building. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend ever trying to schedule and appointment here !!

Teresa takes very good care of my dog whom is a part of my family, she treats our dog Stardust like she is her own and better. She does very good work U have no complaints and Love Teresa greatly. I would recommend her place to anyone.

I've taken my dog Fanny here twice just for her nails to be cut. Both times have been super fast while caring for my little girl. They are super pet/human friendly. First time they sent us out with a Christmas ornament with "Fanny" wrote on it. Today they gave my beautiful girl a bandana and some treats. Price is the cheapest around my area, and they worked with my last minute schedule. I recommend this company to anyone needing care for their perfect furbaby. Thank you ladies so much!

I have only ever visited twice for my little Fanny girl to get her nails done. These ladies here go above and beyond with friendly service for my little one, along with myself. prices are the best in my area, and they have worked with my last minute schedule. I will never take my furbaby anywhere else than here. Thank you so much ladies!

I want to thank the ladies at Grooming Room for taking time out of their busy day to cut my dogs nails. This was his first getting them cut and they did an amazing job with him. Thanks again I will definitely be back.

My retriever/Pyrenees mix went today and she’s never been very tolerant of getting groomed! Today I was told she did amazing and even when I came to get her she was so relaxed and seemed like she enjoyed herself. The grooming room also has fabulous pricing and did a wonderful job!

Today we took our Callie girl for her first grooming appointment. I’ve been so worried about taking her somewhere so I’ve just kinda done things on my own. After butchering it so many times I reached out the the Grooming room and they were quick to get her in. I couldn’t be more happy, I literally cried when my fiancé sent me the pictures of her. She is such a pretty girl now!!!!!! They did amazing!!!! Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time and work with our girl
