Dump truck going down 161 in the left lane, not allowing vehicles to pass, spraying rocks/debris all the way. Even with a line of cars between us, it sounded like it was hailing outside with everything that was hitting my vehicle. Was a miracle I didn’t come out of it with a cracked windshield. Everyone was desperately trying to get around. Tried to flag down the driver and he flipped me off.
