MC Self Storage is a clean and friendly facility located conveniently between I-70 and US-40 near Hebron, Heath, and Newark. It is in a shopping center next to stores like Kroger. The facility is brand new, with nice, clean units and cameras all over for security. It feels more secure than other facilities in the area. Access is available 24/7 with a secure key pad. The rental process is super easy and can be done online. Customer service is excellent, with staff described as nice, quick to return calls, and going above and beyond. While generally stress-free, there was a minor hiccup with a unit assignment that was quickly taken care of. One note is that an unpaved row can become muddy, making access difficult when it rains. A security deposit equal to the rent is required. Overall, prices are fair, reasonable, and cheaper than in Franklin County. The facility is highly recommended.

I should be in smaller unit... Anyway it's been 7 months since I moved here luckily nothing smells its not moldy either..

Had our entire home stored here for almost 2 years , Great owners, great communication, very caring owners, secured location and owners don’t deal with the bull crap from violators (which is great!) Highly recommend!!

This place is fantastic. The management always communicates, and they are proactive in taking care of the facility. We rented a 10x20 at first then grew to a 10x40. They were always accommodating and would answer questions or concerns within reasonable time frame. Wish all storage facilities were this great!!!
