The facility is brand new, with nice, clean units and cameras all over for security. It feels more secure than other facilities in the area. Access is available 24/7 with a secure key pad. The rental process is super easy and can be done online. Customer service is excellent, with staff described as nice, quick to return calls, and going above and beyond. While generally stress-free, there was a minor hiccup with a unit assignment that was quickly taken care of. One note is that an unpaved row can become muddy, making access difficult when it rains. A security deposit equal to the rent is required. Overall, prices are fair, reasonable, and cheaper than in Franklin County. The facility is highly recommended.

Like the fact you need a code in and out. Very clean. Spacious isles. Solid working doors. Dislike tax added to the cost to rent.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service rep. I cannot remember her name but she even returned my calls while being on vacation. I wish other companies would take as much pride of there work ethic. Thanks for the excellent care and I would recommend you to anyone interested in a clean friendly place to do business...
