If your in a hurry I suggest you just go home and make a 5 course meal it would be done before a simple hamburger. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a double hamburger and a mcchicken large fry and small fry 2 ranch. I received a hamburger 2 mcchickens 2 sweet and sour. I was the only person in line.....I went back around and a truck had pulled up he sat at the second window for 5 mins just me and him so I backed up to the first window. The girl in the window clearly seen me ignoring me for a good 5 mins more....then she came to the window I told her my order was wrong she told me to move forward so I did... the lady at the second window took another couple mins to come to the window then argued with me for not receiving a receipt.....then I was asked to pull forward....really now 20 mins had past....I told the young man who asked me to move forward no I had already waited over 20mins.....surprisingly within 30sec my order was corrected.....the people are rude and disrespectful....the service is beyond slow...and they can't seem to ever get a order right...thanks I was late for my daughter's game!

This morning I decided to go to McDonald's, which was a hard decision considering the customer service usually is horrible. But the 2 ladies at the window made my stop very pleasant!! Very wonderful to see smiles!

You have to be a genius to work there they don't know how to read what so ever you tell them you want extra of something and theyre to stupid to pay attention and don't give you what you want you must need a masters degree to work there can't blame the doordash for that

This McDonalds is VERY slow with orders and is too busy to take orders at the front registers. I placed an order around 7:30am so that I would be ready around the time I arrived at work at 8:30. When going in to pick up my order, I waited 5 minutes for someone to get to the register to see what I needed, and then waited another 10 minutes for them to START my order, even though I had ordered it an hour in advance. When I asked why my order wasn't completed, the woman at the front told me that they have to accept the order in order for it to get filled. I asked her why they didn't accept it when it came through the app (as in why did they wait so long), and she didn't know why. I totally understand that they are busy, however that shouldn't be a reason as to why it took over an hour to complete my order, making me late for work. I will not be returning to this location.

The worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Took over an hour and finally requested our money back. Was told it’s my problem not theirs. Stephanie is by far the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Her lack of care, appearance, attitude and rudeness disqualifies her from doing the job. We’ll never be back to this location

This place, every time we go absolutely garbage. The service is unmanageable. Ask for one thing and they forget it. Ask for Dr. Pepper and you get Coke a cola, ask for sprite you get toilet soda water. If you dislike your job, find another place to work. I will say most of the time service is ok but not normally.
