Auto car wash exit door won't go up.
Self serve wash, no soap, to wash. Pre-soak not working.
Takes minutes for each selection to actually start to work, like tire wash, wax, etc., wasted time!

Non operational car wash that sprays water from the ceiling causing high pressure water to spray all over. Owner won’t return calls or refund money.
But a good ole charge back can come your way so it will cost you more.

Poor equipment!!! The pre-wash didn't work!! The spot free rinse did not work!!! Can't find a number or email to contact anyone. I will not use this car wash again!!!!

After initial $4.00 to start wash, it doesn't give you a timer beep to inform you of time about to expire so you can add $ 1.00 more to rinse. Yet it makes you pay $4.00 more to complete your rinse.

Very bad machine changer. Got ripped off$12.00 bucks and no one to get a hold of. The brush only put out soap every 3/4 minutes and scratched my truck.

This place deserves Negative ZERO! I have had my car for 10 years. Have it cleaned all the time. It had been a while and I had Iguana shizz all over the thing and had to stop so I did. Well! Later in the day I noticed these black stains on my back seat. I went back to ask if they would clean it off the seats. First the girl that worked there was a real attitude problem. She said I will get my manager. I said no problem trying to be all positive and get this over with. He says we didn't do it but you pay me $35 extra and we can remove it. I told the guy I only use this car for work. No one has sat in the back seat in probably 8 years. I know you did it. Later I found out that there was some disintigrated material under the back mats that was what made the stains. They vacuumed it then slapped it all over the back seat. I get that the stuff was under the mat but after they realized it they could have been professional and just get it out and not try to profit from their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

the owners is crap they ran off on 03/31/2020 and close the business without paying the employee's the two weeks they owe them. With all the corona-virus going on they run off with the employees money at a time like this. Knowing that people have kids and food to buy, with no money that's going to be hard to do but that shows you the type of people they are. I would never deal with these people again let alone get my car wash there.

This is my second and last time here. Was glad to see a short line but then I waited foreverrrrrrrrrr. There was a guy sleeping in the lobby. Guess he knows that this car wash is the perfect place for an afternoon nap as even without crowds, in the middle of the week, not in peak season and not on a Deal day, it will take too LONG. Too many options. Simplify your offerings! Check person was more aggressive than needed. Management needs to go to management school. Really, get a system that is efficient! Painful experience.
