“These guys are good people. I was in an accident where someone ran a red light and hit me. It took about a month to resolve. Yoders lent me a loaner for the entire time. My car ended up being a total loss. So they basically only collected money for storing the car. Which the insurance company took long before I got the settlement check and they let me continue using the loaner until I could get a new vehicle. I'm a single mom, we only had the one vehicle. I was so scared I would loose my job if I couldn't get back and forth. These guys helped us so much.”

“Great customer service! I had some damage to my car, my insurance company called them and got me set up. The people at Estes have the customer service part knocked out of the park. They've called while my car is in the shop to tell me what's going on and estimated timelines and making sure I didn't have any questions. And I did have lots of questions and everyone was so patient and helpful. I am very happy with the service I've been receiving and can't wait to get my car back. Another awesome feature is that they're connected to enterprise so I just dropped of my car and walked next door for a rental. It's a great setup, everyone is so nice and like I said that good customer service is hard to find. Highly recommend for repairs you may need on your car!”
