Terri Arrants was very professional and courteous while assisting me in purchasing my new car. She also provided me with a rental until my car is done being serviced. Very pleased with Terri and Jim Schmidt Ford in Hicksville!
As of Thursday August 22 I still have not received my car. During servicing the antenna was broke and they had to order a new one and it still hasn’t been installed. I’m not sure why it’s taking as long as it is but I’m feeling a little more leary about the car I’ve purchased now.
