Great service and easy directions to get in and unload. Was able to move a U-Haul truck load of things into a 10x10 space in about an hour.

Char was very helpful in assisting me with a rental 10 minutes before close. I was late getting to lifestorage because I got stuck in traffic. I did not feel rushed. She treated me like family!

Char was excellent as ALWAYS!!! She even gave me a couple spare boxes she didn’t need, for free. Always excellent service! Storage facility is clean and very well kept and temperature controlled.

Place was clean and well kept. Office mgrs were good. Only issue is the continous rate increases. Went from 114 per month to 248. I googled and found this is common for the storage industry to increase rents on a whim. I couldnt justify the rate increases and vacated the rental unit.
