Bought a pair of step-in shoes. I was concerned that they would only have athletic type shoes, but I was actually able to find a pair that were dressier.I was surprised that, although there were several employees seen about the store, no one approached to offer assistance. This was not my usual experience when visiting shoe stores in the past.When I brought a pair to the counter for purchase, they suddenly became much more friendly.Note: There is no wheelchair ramp from the parking lot to the high sidewalk. The closest ramp is at the Kohls store, almost 50 yards down the walkway.

The ladies up front were most helpful. They didn’t have my size down below the display, but they pulled over a ladder immediately and found the size I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone you wants to buy athletic or just knocking around shoes.

As with most Skecher’s, the variety was awesome; The only issue was deciding which pair. Currently, and I was not aware, there was a “Buy a pair and get the second pair 50% off. The staff was very attentive and cleaned while taking care of customers.

The employees were so very nice. The store is clean and they have a great variety of Sketchers. My daughter purchased 4 pairs. 2 on clearance and 2 on sale.

I was not happy with my first visit to Skechers. They had one girl working the cash register, no one to help customers on the floor. I had a 25% off text from Skechers. When I got to the store all the signs read buy one pair get the next pair 50% off. How did my coupon work? no one to ask. I found a pair of shoes I wanted to try on and my size was stacked against the wall way over my head. There was no help to get them down. i didn`t want to stand in the checkout line just to ask questions.

Visited this store early afternoon 4/23/2022. Mediocre selection compared to Skechers in Gardena, Cal where I lastShopped(Primarily shoes on sale). Made purchase. OK. Had to return in search of temporarily misplaced car keys. Inquired about keys with clerk. She pretended she didn't hear my question with a condescending/ghetto, reply.Gardena store (20 plus years shopping). 5 of 5. Skechers in Highland Heights 2 of 5.... For me..avoid this store. Shop on Amazon
