Quinton was awesome. He installed the battery for me and even taught me how to do it! He was so kind and fun. He brightened up my day. I love this Hilliard advanced auto store they have always been good to me.

Went to purchase a windshield wiper. Expensive but it is good quality. Without being asked, a girl working there offered to come out and change it for us. Wished I knew her name so I could thank her.

I will leave two stars only because Dustin did check my battery in the rain.
When I walked in the store I was greeted in a pleasant way and asked what I needed. I told Dustin that my car wouldn’t start. My husband had to jump the vehicle prior to my drive to your store. As soon as I told him I needed the battery checked his attitude changed and he was quite rude. He said “It’s raining. I don’t like doing this in the rain. Yesterday a woman had me do this test in the rain, my tester smoked.(It hadn’t rained the day before) You are very lucky I’m even doing this for you!” We tested the battery and he told me that my battery was fine and it is my alternator. I did take a photo of the tester to show my husband. Dustin sent me on my way home since the shop doesn’t work on alternators.
The next day my car was dead again and we had to jump the battery again. I went to AutoZone and gave them the business that should have been yours. Reciept attached for proof. Do better Dustin. I fully believe you didn’t want to change a battery in the sprinkling weather.

Took a battery to have them recycle it. They always have exactly what I need. Very helpful staff. Got my federal discount and was on my way quickly.

I stopped by this autoparts store on a Sun wondering if my car was safe for a road trip after a wreck (no mechanic or body shop was open). Tyler, the friendly young man working, was quick to tell me he was not a mechanic, but came out and secured my hood which allowed me to drive home for Christmas. Had it not been for his help, I may not have gone or would have worried the whole time. I am very grateful that he went out out of his way to help! His kindness was much appreciated.

The manager has absolutely NO people skills.ive been there on several occasions never was the experience good. They refused to change the battery in one of the easiest cars that exist. Not at all impressed, must be why the parking lot is empty all day every day...
